Normally you have to search various music blogs to find the CD you want to download. Beat Radio is skipping that middle step between hearing a few songs and wanting the album. They are giving away their debut album "Great Big Sea" as a free download! I would take them up on this offer of their great music. I'm sure they will make some impression on the music blog world and the music world. I have listened to the album and I enjoy it. Beat Radio has been taken in by the New York music scene and are for fans of Broken Social Scene, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, and Luna.
