Hey there everyone. Sorry there haven't been a lot of posts in the past few days. Nyman came out to Boston for the long weekend and we were too busy being outside (!!!) to post. My apologies.
Today's song is from a TV/radio show on the famous JJJ in Australia. This show, aptly named Like A Version does some past nastification and has todays favorites (Ben Folds, Tegan & Sara, Willy Mason, etc.) covering songs from their favorite bands in a very different way. If you remember just a few weeks ago, Sir Ben Folds covered The Postal Service's "Such Great Heights."
Today's is an older one from James Mercer and the Shins. Zach Braff obviously doesn't have time to change your life today (wtf), so I will. Check out everyone's favorite band from Albuquerque covering The Magnetic Fields. Mercer has always been known to impress, this is no exception.
